Location's rules |
Included on the apartment rate:
- Water, electricity, central heater, ski box, bike box, outdoor parking & WIFI internet from your apartment.
- Bed linen and towels + 1 toilet paper roll and cleaning kit for the apartment provided at your arrival.
- Broom, dustpan, mop.
- Usual utensils and cooking appliances (except kitchen towels or rags).
- Blankets and bedspreads.
- For stays over 7 nights, one cleaning of the apartment, without kitchen, with change of sheets and towels.
- In summer, our external heated swimming pool, summer activities, childish park, french bowling, tennis, tennis table, etc.
Booking confirmation rules:
To confirm a booking we ask for advance payment of 25% of the total. You can pay it by one of the following ways:

After receiving the advance payment we will email you the final confirmation document.
The customer must provide on arrival:
- The paymennt of the invoice.
- A deposit of 100 € to ensure the proper care and use of the apartment, furniture and fixtures, which will be refunded upon departure after checking the correct status of the apartment. This deposit may be paid in cash or by credit card.
Check in - check out:
- On the day of arrival may occupy the apartment from 15,00 h (if the apartment was ready, we would not object to hand over the keys before that time. Contact us).
- The day of departure you must leave the apartment before 11 am. Tell the reception in case of delay. You can leave in the afternoon, when our availability allows and always before 19:00 pm, paid the following supplements *:

- If you arrive after 19:00 pm please contact us. We will explain how and where to collect the keys. Our reception hours are from 9 am to 13 pm from 15 to 19 h.
Apartment cleaning:
- Cleaning of the apartment during the stay is the responsibility of the occupants: there are cleaning appliances in the apartments. If you want, you can hire our cleaning services (please ask at reception).
- The customer agrees to preserve and maintain the accommodation in good condition.
- The apartment is delivered clean and shall be returned in the same state. On both sides of the building found the containers in which to deposit garbage bags. If you do not want to clean the apartment on departure may hire our cleaning services (please ask at reception).
- For stays longer than 7 nights there will be a free cleaning of the apartment, no kitchen, with change of sheets and towels.
Behaviour rules:
- We strongly advise our customers to respect the rest of the other clients between 22:00 h and 10:00 h. and not make noise neither on the apartment nor on the stairs.
- There will be no parties or meetings in the apartment that may cause inconvenience to other tenants.
- It is forbidden drugs in the apartment and / or common areas.
- In case of repeated complaints of neighbors for excessive noise or disturbing behavior by a client or any person lodged in his apartment, the property reserves the right to ask to leave the apartment immediately without any refund of payment for reservation or the deposit.
- The booking confirmation by the client means the acceptance of these rules.
Policy of cancellations:
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 25% deposit will keep charged.
